Do you ship world wide?

Yes, we do ship world wide to Asia, US, UK, Rusia, Canada, Europe, UEA, Africa, and so on.

How much would it cost to ship a plant to the US/other countries?

It depend on the box size, and the box size depend on your quantity order. We have to check it to get the real shipping cost.

Are you provide Pthytocanitary Certificate?

Yes, we are provide Phytocanitary certificate for free, and other support documents which needed such as packing list/ invoice, Certificate Country of Origin (COO), Air Way Bill ect. Please inform us when you need other specific document that requirier for the shipment.

Can you send the plant with EMS?

Yes, we can for sure. We do send the plant with DHL and Air Freight Cargo as well.

Can I pay through PayPal?

Yes, you can pay through PayPal or bank transfer or western union.

I have bought plants from Indonesia before, but the customs was always hell! Do you have a trans shipper in Europe?

Yes we do have a trans shipper in Europe, no worry be happy!

I am  from the US and want to buy your plant more than 12 pieces, hence, I need a import permit. But I don’t want to get one. How can I get the plant from you?

Good news. We have a trans shipper in the US, so you can get the plant fro us without any permit.

How does it works to get the plants from you through the trans shipper?

The shipment to the EU or to the US through the trans shipper is scheduled once each month.

The plant would be shipped to the trans shipper first, and then he will forward your plant to you.

You can join the shipment with contribute the customs clearance fee and have to pay the local postage fee from trans shipper’s location to your home via UPS, USPS, DHL ect.

The benefits of joining the shipment are, you get free international shipping cost, faster, cheaper, and safer as we use air freight cargo, moreover no need any permit as the shipment is in the name of the trans shipper.

The transaction in this shipment just between you and me,  you don’t need pay any fees to the trans shipper.

In resume, all the things you have to pay are: the order, customs clearance fee, and the local postage fee.

Please note: The US shipment and the EU shipment through the trans shipper are work the same way.

I placed an order to your site, how to proceed the order?

First of all, we have to arrange the export permit in the name of you and your order list. Typecally takes 1-2 weeks to get approval from the Ministry of Agriculture Indonesia. Once the export permit ready, the plant able to be ship.

The export permit so-called SIP Mentan Certificate.

While we are waiting the export permit, our team will prepare and choose the best plant for you.

When I have to make a payment?

We are really appreciate if you make a payment in advance at least 2-3 days before the plants shipped out from here. As we are not able to send the plant before receive the payment.

Is there a minimum amount of purchase?

Yes there is. The minimum amount of purchase is US$100.

I have plant list that I don’t see at your site, can you find it for me?

Yes we can. Please send us the list with the picture, we will try our best to find it to you.
